The center offers outpatient cardiac rehabilitation programs, coordinated with the patient's private physicians. Programs include individually designed exercise, nutritional education and behavioral modification for those who have had a heart attack, bypass surgery or angioplasty. Also, the center is appropriate for people with angina, vascular heart disease, hypertension and chronic heart failure.
