The Gifford Health Center is located between 45th and 47th Streets on 28th Court. Opened in 1996 as a cooperative effort of the Community Health Network, it receives partial funding from the Indian River County Hospital District. Payment for services is determined on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. Insurance is accepted.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The Center provides primary care for children, women, and adults. Educational programs, home visits, and nutritional counseling is available to all in the community.
